The 9th Meeting of the Working Group on on Statistics of International Trade in Services (SITS) was conducted virtually on 23-24 August 2022. The workshop is organised by ASEAN Secretariat (ASEANstats).
The objectives of the meeting were to review and monitor the WGSITS work plan for 2016-2025 and discuss the SITS data submission and data dissemination status as well as implementation of ASEAN-Help-ASEAN Framework. In this meeting, member of ASEANS discussed the result of the self-assessment measures on Statistical Process (Section B) and Statistical Output (Section C) of the ACSS Code of Practice, Balance of Payment Manual and Manual on Statistics of International Trade in Services updates, SITS Metadata updating, SITS-related capacity building agenda and SITS-related activities under ARISE Plus Project.
